Lending Support SpecialistContract-to-Hire | Carmel, IN Fully onsite for the first 90 days, then eligible for 1 remote day per week upon permanent hireOur client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a Lending Support Specialist to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in financial services, lending operations, or credit administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and follow-through.
ResponsibilitiesReview and process loan and credit applications using internal systems and third-party resourcesGather, verify, and maintain supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of application filesMonitor shared inboxes and workflows, following up on outstanding items to keep applications moving through the approval processCommunicate with internal teams, business partners, and applicants regarding application status and required documentationUpdate records and maintain accurate customer and account informationAssist with compliance-related documentation and administrative tasksSupport special projects and provide backup assistance to other operations team members as neededWhat We OfferOpportunity to transition into a permanent position with a growing organizationHands-on training and professional developmentCollaborative and team-oriented work environmentHybrid flexibility available after successful completion of the onboarding period
