This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the credit and collections function while partnering closely with leadership and operations Salary $110-$130K Privately held company with a long-standing history of stability and continued growth Leadership role overseeing a team of 2 Accounts Receivable Specialists Visible and approachable ownership team that fosters a supportive, people-first culture Collaborative environment with strong cross-functional partnership across operations and sales Team-focused culture with company-sponsored events and strong employee engagement Opportunity to shape and enhance credit and collections processes across multiple business lines Convenient location just north of downtown with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed Credit Manager – Key Responsibilities Lead credit strategy, including establishing policies, evaluating creditworthiness, and managing risk exposure Oversee accounts receivable and collections to ensure timely cash flow and reduction of past-due balances Monitor key performance metrics such as DSO, aging, and bad debt, providing actionable insights Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2 AR professionals, driving accountability and performance Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to support business objectives and mitigate risk Credit Manager – Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 5+ years of credit, collections, or financial management experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industry preferred #LI-LJ1 #
