Thursday Weekly Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm Expected Start date: Immediately Seeking a strong experienced Property Manager with Tax Credit experience to be responsible for overall fiscal accountability, marketing development, leadership and training of personnel of low income multi-family property. Essential Functions Manage all aspects of assigned properties Must have experience with LIHTC and recertifications Design business plans for assigned properties Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends Oversee properties' personnel and assess performance Accomplish financial goals and report on financial performance Update job and market knowledge Essential Job Qualifications 3 or more years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management preferred Experience in Tax Credit and recertifications Must have background in supervision and successful track record In-depth knowledge of all property management rules and regulations Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom-line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well-organized with excellent time management skills Must pass criminal background check
