Cerritos, CA Pay:
$24-27/hr

Responsibilities:
Process credit card disputes Daily processing of ACH, ACH origination, wires (domestic/international), ATM deposits, bill pay, mobile deposits, and person-to-person transfers. Process and reconcile share drafts, official checks, money orders, bonds, and transit items. Handle ATM/debit card disputes, fraud claims, and check processing activities Investigate suspicious or questionable account activity and assist with fraud prevention efforts. Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations related to electronic services and check transactions. Provide timely resolution to member and internal inquiries within established service levels. Requirements 2 years of experience in a credit union or financial institution in the back-office such as Electronic Services or Central Operations. Strong understanding of electronic services, check processing, and transaction workflows necessary! Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Symitar experience a plus. Working with Velera CUSO a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
