Consumer Loan Closer Valley First Credit Union - 3.3 Modesto, CA Job Details Full-time $22.63 - $33.00 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description To provide service to the Credit Union by processing approved consumer loan applications (direct and indirect), including HELOC applications, to ensure compliance with all Credit Union policies and procedures. Process approved consumer loan applications, reviewing to ensure correct and accurate stipulations. Orders proper services from vendors to ensure HELOCs meet all processing requirements. Ensure all indirect membership accounts created on the core data system are correct and fund loans in the indirect loan origination system verifying that indirect loans show funded in the CUDL system. Communicate with member service specialists, loan service specialists, and dealer partners about any incomplete paperwork or missing items related to the processing of new loans. Ensure all loans are created in Symitar correctly, and all information is accurate. Verify all loan package checklist items are complete. Verify member eligibility through Chex Systems and OFAC. Provide documents for loan closings using DocuSign or In-Branch signing. Utilize an indirect lending system processor to track loan package progress. Fund loans within a few hours but no more than 24 hours after receiving the completed loan package. Maintain effective working relationships with Member Service Specialists, Lending & Sales Advisors, and Dealership Partners to ensure rapid funding turnaround times. Knowledge of

Education, Experience & Skills A high school degree or GED is required Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency is preferred. Familiarity with all loan applications, notes and documents Knowledge of credit union consumer lending policies, procedures, and computer systems (Loan Origination System, Symitar, and Indirect Module) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with members and co-workers Efficient, accurate and detail-oriented Pay Range & Work Schedule This position is a Tier 7 with an hourly range of $22.63 to $33.00 The anticipated pay rate for new hires is between the low-end and midpoint of the range, depending on experience The pay rates listed above are based upon the geographic location of our Administrative Offices in Modesto, CA using the greater Central Valley area for our pay range calculations Full Time, typically 36-40 hours per week. Schedule will be based around departments needs but will typically be: Monday to Friday- 8:30am-5:30pm Flexibility to occasionally work early or late hours, typically with advance notice
