Salary:

What your future day will look like: Provide leadership and oversight for multiple branch locations, ensuring consistent delivery of member service and operational excellence. Partner with Branch Managers and Supervisors to achieve service, sales, and performance goals aligned with the credit union's strategic objectives. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex member concerns and operational issues requiring resolution. Lead the implementation of new products, services, and branch initiatives while ensuring smooth execution and staff readiness. Monitor compliance, operational reports, and audit findings to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in business development efforts and collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational growth and member engagement.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications 3-5 years of leadership experience within banking, credit union, or financial services operations Strong knowledge of branch operations, member service programs, and regulatory compliance requirements Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
