The Credit Representative's responsibility is to manage customer receivable accounts as assigned to minimize Flambeau's risk and maximize cash flow position. Assess creditworthiness of current and potential new customers through credit insurance provider.

Collection of receivables through contact with customer on past due invoices and appropriate follow up to ensure payments are received.

Set up new customers.

Review deductions and process credit memos.

Reconcile warranty claims.

Internal follow up with other Flambeau departments to resolve customer deductions taken.

Reconcile customer accounts as needed.

Assist with cash application as needed.

Miscellaneous projects as assigned.

2 year degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.

2 years of credit experience including cash application preferred.

Good computer skills including competency with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel level preferred.
