The Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, driving residents to appointments, and other light maintenance duties as assigned.

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred Experience in customer service Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents Valid Driver's License What's in it for you?
