We are currently seeking a full time Senior Customs Entry Specialist to join our growing team at our ORD location. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant import of goods across international borders. Responsibilities & Duties Facilitating the clearance of imported goods through customs Negotiating with government agencies on behalf of clients Familiar with local CBP inspection procedure to resolve exam hold exception, especially the whole AWB hold. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth customs process Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods Qualifications & Skills Customs Broker License Preferred. Extensive experience in international trade and customs processes. Proficiency in customs brokerage software and technology. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English. Associate or bachelor degree in international business, logistics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in related field In-depth knowledge of local CBP practice Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
