Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Import/Export Specialist to join our logistics team. In this role, you will oversee the smooth processing of international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between various departments. Your proactive approach will help facilitate seamless import and export operations, supporting our commitment to exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements Prepare shipping paperwork such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations with precision Assist with freight scheduling, load planning, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for handling complex documentation like bills of lading and customs forms Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and shipment costs Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Excellent communication skills to coordinate with carriers, customs officials, and internal teams Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
