Position Summary As an Account Director you will be a part of the Account Services Team responsible for leading, managing and oversight of all client activity and to ensure proper communication, project methodologies and performance metrics. The ideal candidate is analytical, has experience and interest in marketing, fantastic communication and leadership skills, thinks as a consultant, and is a highly collaborative team player.
Responsibilities:
Drive the retention and expansion of existing client relationships, fostering long term partnerships. Cultivate relationships with past and current TRAFFIK clients to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the Executive Director to strategize and execute company growth initiatives. Oversee and lead day-to-day client activities across the agency's account management team. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating deep knowledge of their business, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic, consultative solutions. Play an active role in preparing and delivering impactful client presentations and deliverables. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current, former, and prospective clients. Address and resolve complex challenges, leveraging sound judgment and innovative solutions to achieve objectives. Manage client-related P&L to ensure profitability and financial health for the agency. Support executive initiatives such as new business pitches and cross-selling opportunities. Assist in preparing contracts, bids, proposals, and RFP submissions in coordination with the Executive Director. Represent the agency at industry events, fostering relationships and elevating the agency's profile. Perform other duties as assigned
Employment Standards:
Education:
College degree preferred. Concentration in marketing, business or communications preferred. Background in the healthcare industry preferred. 7+ years of experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field. Must have strong communication and relationship building skills; a proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships. Direct experience managing CRM systems, web platforms, and digital marketing campaigns. Ability to work with other departments and teams to achieve the company's overall growth goals.
Required Skills:
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, highly motivated and able to work well with many different industries. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Plus:
Need to know the Microsoft office application suite. InDesign, Photoshop is a plus, but general overview will be provided.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
