Job Description Essential Job Functions Owns and manages strategic customer relationships within assigned automotive, industrial, or heavy truck accounts to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives. Develops and executes account plans that align customer business objectives with company capabilities across exterior, interior, and structural/functional plastic applications. Identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new applications, platforms, programs, and geographic expansions. Leads customer-facing sales activities, including presentations, business reviews, negotiations, and long-term commercial agreements. Oversees quote preparation, review, explanation, and commercial justification using detailed knowledge of internal costs, tooling, and pricing strategy. Acts as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal engineering, production, and program teams. Ensures accurate and timely processing of all customer orders, quotes, and commercial requirements. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, engineering, or manufacturing within automotive, industrial, or heavy truck markets. Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Supervisory or people management experience preferred.
