We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support renewable operations through careful budget oversight and expense analysis across wind, solar, and battery storage initiatives. This Long-term Contract position is based in Juno Beach, Florida, and focuses on aligning financial reporting with actual site activity so business leaders can make informed decisions. The role works closely with operations, site teams, and project stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen cost visibility, and deliver meaningful financial insights.

Responsibilities:

Track and reconcile site-specific costs to help maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and operating assumptions for renewable energy assets. Partner with operations leaders, site management, and project teams to provide financial insight that supports planning and business decisions. Lead and coordinate multiple long-range assignments, ensuring deliverables are completed within expected timelines and financial parameters. Review spending patterns at a detailed level and identify opportunities to refine financial models and improve budget accuracy. Gather, structure, and evaluate data from various sources to produce reporting that is practical, timely, and decision-ready. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI using multiple data inputs to enhance financial visibility. Recommend process improvements based on analysis findings and stakeholder input to strengthen reporting quality and operational support. Contribute to additional finance-related tasks and ad hoc analysis as needed by the business. 0-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related business support functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building detailed models, organizing data, and performing financial analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently and work effectively in situations with changing or incomplete information. Experience analyzing financial or operational data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations. Familiarity with Power BI dashboard creation and support using varied data sources is preferred. Knowledge of power generation, renewable energy, construction, or operations environments is highly valued.
