South Bend, IN (100% Onsite)

Competitive + Bonus Opportunity Join a Growing Leadership Team! Our client is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to partner directly with the Controller and executive leadership team. This high-visibility role will provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance. Responsibilities Partner with the Controller and C-suite to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analysis. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning. Analyze profitability, margins, trends, and operational performance. Present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to executive leadership. Support capital planning, strategic initiatives, and special projects. Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Assist with month-end reporting and ad hoc financial analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, and data analysis. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executives. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
