Salary:
$65,000 – $72,000 Join a Dynamic Team as a Senior Financial Analyst! We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial operations, reporting, and event-based accounting activities. This position partners closely with leadership to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure accurate tracking of revenue, expenses, labor allocations, and event profitability. Key Responsibilities Track, analyze, and report on financial activity including revenue, expenses, cost allocations, trust funds, and event-related accounting. Maintain financial tracking schedules and prepare accounting entries for review and processing. Perform payroll analysis and allocate labor costs based on employee time reporting and departmental allocation requirements. Manage escrow account activity for events, including monitoring ticket sales, event expenses, and promoter settlements. Prepare detailed profit and loss analyses for individual shows and events to determine promoter settlement amounts. Coordinate and process promoter payments in accordance with settlement schedules. Partner with operational and executive leadership to translate business needs into accurate financial reporting and actionable accounting tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 3+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or related finance experience. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Experience Event, entertainment, hospitality, venue, or project-based accounting experience. Experience managing escrow accounts, settlements, or trust fund accounting. Knowledge of ERP and accounting software systems. #
