$175,000-$260,000 Per Year Description Join our team in Fairhaven, MA, as a full-time Assistant Treasurer. This senior leadership role involves overseeing global treasury functions and strategic partnerships with executive leadership. The position requires experience in treasury management and financial strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global treasury strategies in partnership with leadership. Support capital structure, financing, and liquidity planning initiatives. Advise on strategic treasury matters, including risk and financing. Oversee cash management, investments, and working capital optimization. Lead and develop the treasury team, enhancing organizational capability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 10-20 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets. Experience in capital markets and corporate funding. Proven leadership skills and executive-level communication abilities. Experience in a public company environment and strategic decision-making.
