What You Will DoPerform financial closing procedures, variance analysis, Balance Sheet account analysis & ensure accurate reconciliationSupport the month-end close and partner with the finance teams across KochAct as a subject matter expert on offshore processes, review and approve desktop proceduresAnalyze the financial statements for discrepancies and provide commentary for forecast vs actual, standard vs actual & month over month change in account balancesSeek and share knowledge, create value by identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization; challenge the status quoWork with internal & external auditors and support tax & annual audit process; prepare & provide required documentation, analysis, resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.

Work across regions and capabilities to understand local regulations to help improve their processesCollaborate with finance sub-capabilities to ensure information, reporting and procedures remain clear & consistent Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience as an Accountant performing General Ledger tasks such as Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations and supporting Month-End closeExcellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsExperience with Microsoft Office 365 including MS Excel What Will Put You AheadBachelor's degree in accounting or financeCustomer service, manufacturing or business support experienceExperience evaluating large data sets from multiple sources and providing analysisHands-on experience with ERPExperience in Microsoft Power Apps & PowerBI At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
