How You'll Make a Difference You will be responsible for automating and assuring effective planning and reporting of financial information, as well as analyze and solve business problems, in partnership with team members across Finance and the business. Monitoring finance data performance to identify improvements and areas for additional review. What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or other related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on finance systems, preferably systems supporting planning, forecasting and reporting
Strong experience with MS Office; expert understanding of finance systems MS Dynamics Finance and Operations preferred
Experience in an agile and dynamic project-focused environment, with strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of financial planning and reporting, technical configuration of financial planning systems, and developing related data visualizations
Demonstrated success working with data, databases, and developing visualizations using a variety of tools and technologies (ex. Tableau, BI360)
Demonstrated ability to quickly develop advanced understanding of the business, planning processes, and business objectives
Basic understanding of finance business operations and industry solutions
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills, delivering information in a clear and user-friendly manner
