This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders, influence strategic decisions, and drive financial performance across the organization. We are looking for a finance professional with strong FP&A and corporate finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning financial data into actionable business insights. What You'll Do Lead and support the monthly operating review (MOR) process, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations to leadership. Perform month-end financial reporting and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Analyze key margin drivers and business performance metrics to support decision-making. Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and pro forma analyses for strategic initiatives. Partner with operational and business leaders to provide financial guidance and support organizational goals. Deliver insights that improve forecasting accuracy, financial performance, and business outcomes. Assist with annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ongoing forecasting activities. Present financial findings and recommendations to finance and business stakeholders. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Approximately 4-6+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.
Proven experience with:
Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) Month-end variance analysis Margin and profitability analysis Financial modeling and pro forma development Forecasting and budgeting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models. Experience partnering directly with business units and operational leaders is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience serving in an embedded FP&A role supporting business functions such as: Operations Supply Chain Human Resources Regional or Divisional Business Units Healthcare finance experience is a plus, but not required.
