- The Role
- Your role As a Financial Analyst, you will support informed business decisions by translating financial data into clear insights.
- Monitor day to day financial operations, including invoicing, payroll related inputs, and transaction flows
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports that explain financial results and variances
- Perform financial analysis, research, and modeling to support senior leadership decision making
- Support project and investment analysis, including validation of financial plans and assumptions
- Maintain and improve financial reporting and accounting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Required skills and experience
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting within a corporate or professional services environment
- Ability to analyze financial data and translate results into clear recommendations for business partners
- Experience preparing management reports, forecasts, or operating plans
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools used for modeling and reporting Preferred skills and experience
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, investments, or project based financial analysis
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and data driven reporting environments
- Experience working with cross functional teams to explain financial impacts and trade offs The compensation range for the position in the U.

$79,920to$152,160Massachusetts/ Virginia:

$87,960to$167,400 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.Note:
