  • Your role As a Financial Analyst, you will support informed business decisions by translating financial data into clear insights.
The role focuses on understanding performance drivers, forecasting outcomes, and providing practical analysis that leaders use to plan, prioritize, and manage risk. Your work will balance recurring reporting with deeper analytical work, partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders. What you will do
  • Monitor day to day financial operations, including invoicing, payroll related inputs, and transaction flows
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports that explain financial results and variances
  • Perform financial analysis, research, and modeling to support senior leadership decision making
  • Support project and investment analysis, including validation of financial plans and assumptions
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting and accounting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Required skills and experience
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Ability to analyze financial data and translate results into clear recommendations for business partners
  • Experience preparing management reports, forecasts, or operating plans
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools used for modeling and reporting Preferred skills and experience
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, investments, or project based financial analysis
  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and data driven reporting environments
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to explain financial impacts and trade offs The compensation range for the position in the U.
S. is - $79,920 to $152,160 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $95,880to$182,520 California (All Other): $87,960to$167,400

$87,960to$167,400 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
Note:
If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
