Job Description
Melitta USA is a premium coffee and coffee filter manufacturer with the corporate office located in Clearwater, FL. We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for fixed asset accounting, cost accounting and analysis for paper production facilities, month-end closing activities and special projects. Analyze and interpret financial data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Develop financial models and conduct scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business performance Ensure the accuracy of the bill of materials and product costing Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close (G/L & reports) Prepare the monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations Perform financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including the preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and trend identification Lead ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by management Requirements Strong organization skills, excellent verbal and communication skills, self-starter, time management and multi-tasking ability. Strong customer focus, problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced skills in Excel is a must. Attention to detail with a structured thought process. Experience 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst MUST have 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP s/4 HANA Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed analysis ADP or other automated payroll processing experience is a plus Education BS/BA in Accounting or related field.
