Financial Data Consolidation & Analysis

• Analyze and validate financial data across CVS Health, Signify, and Oak Street systems
• Support the migration of non-labor financial data into Apptio
• Reconcile discrepancies between multiple data sources and create a trusted, accurate dataset
• Perform deep Excel-based financial analysis and data cleansing
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities within large datasets
• Ensure data integrity for forecasting, reporting, and decision-making purposes
  Budget Management & Forecasting
• Partner closely with Finance to support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze budget performance and explain why teams are trending over or under forecast
• Support management of large-scale technology budgets and cost center allocations
• Track and report on both labor and non-labor spend
• Understand and communicate CapEx vs. OpEx impacts to business stakeholders
  Business Management Partnership
• Serve as a dedicated business partner to the Finance team
• Help align Finance and Business Management teams before information is shared with leadership
• Develop reporting and insights that help leadership make informed financial decisions
• Participate in planning activities related to vendor contracts, renewals, and expenditures
  Vendor & Cost Management
• Review vendor contracts and associated financial impacts
• Assist with renewal planning and forecasting
• Ensure spending aligns with approved budgets and forecasts

Skills and Requirements

• 5-15+ years of financial analysis, business management, or budget management experience
• Experience supporting technology organizations with budgets exceeding $50M
• Strong understanding of:
  ? Budget forecasting
  ? Variance analysis
  ? Cost center allocations
  ? Financial planning
  ? Budget tracking
• Strong understanding of:
  ? CapEx vs. OpEx
  ? Balance sheets
  ? Cost centers
  ? Financial forecasting
  ? Budget management processes
• Ability to explain financial trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Data Analysis Expertise
  ? Hands-on experience working with imperfect or disparate data sources.
  ? Proven ability to merge, validate, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
  ? Experience identifying why financials are trending over or under forecast.
• Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, Complex formulas/functions, Data manipulation, Query writing, Large dataset analysis)
• Familiarity with TBM (Technology Business Management) concepts
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Workday, Apptio, or any other TBM platforms
• Previous Apptio experience
• Python experience for financial or data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience supporting large technology organizations or IT finance teams
• Familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks
