Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support the financial management of major client accounts within a fast-paced advisory leasing environment in Dallas, Texas. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to guide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for high-profile portfolios. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial information into practical business recommendations.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee month-end financial activities for assigned accounts, ensuring reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
  • Develop recurring forecasts and annual budget plans that reflect business objectives and changing operational needs.
  • Evaluate financial performance, investigate variances, and present meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review client-facing and internal financial reporting packages to support decision-making and maintain reporting quality.
  • Examine funding submissions and payment requests to confirm proper support, approvals, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Partner with business leaders and operational teams to improve workforce planning, productivity, and overall financial performance.
  • Address complex accounting and reporting questions from management and clients, resolving issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
  • Monitor benchmarks and key performance indicators to measure results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Anticipate financial risks or process concerns and take corrective action to reduce disruption and maintain alignment with priorities. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
  • Strong capability in variance analysis, financial modeling, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and using data mining techniques to identify trends and business drivers.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multiple accounts, business units, or senior leaders in a complex corporate environment.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
