Porsche Arrowhead is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance Manager to support dealership sales operations and deliver premium ownership experience. The position arranges financing and leasing, presents approved finance and protection products, maintains lender relationships, and ensures accurate, compliant, and timely deal documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong dealership F&I experience, excellent communication and closing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced luxury automotive environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Present financing, leasing, and approved protection product options clearly and professionally to customers. Structure retail and lease transactions using available lender programs while supporting customer needs and dealership profitability. Submit credit applications, obtain lender approvals, and communicate financing terms accurately and confidentially. Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, lease agreements, disclosures, and related deal documents for completeness and accuracy. Ensure F&I transactions follow applicable federal and state requirements, lender guidelines, dealership policies, and privacy standards. Maintain strong relationships with banks, captive finance companies, credit unions, and other lending partners. Monitor contract funding, contracts-in-transit, stipulations, chargebacks, and outstanding lender requirements; resolve issues promptly. Partner with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Accounting, and other departments to support accurate deal structure and smooth vehicle delivery. Maintain complete, organized, and secure customer and deal records in dealership systems and required files. Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer requirements, dealership processes, and F&I compliance expectations. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership finance and insurance (F&I) experience preferred; luxury or high-line dealership experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of retail installment contracts, leasing, lender programs, credit applications, and dealership deal documentation. Understanding of automotive F&I compliance, customer privacy, fair lending, and required disclosures. Proven ability to present finance and protection products professionally while maintaining a customer-first approach. Strong negotiation, communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficiency with dealership management systems and lender portals; Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and availability to work dealership hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.BENEFITS
