This is not a traditional processor, administrative account manager or loan officer position . The Account Manager works directly with our real estate agent partners and their clients to help structure mortgage transactions, identify solutions, communicate financing options, and move prospective borrowers toward closed loans . Our Agent Partner Program generates the relationships and opportunities. You will not be responsible for bringing the deals to the table, only working them when they are. Your job is to make sure those opportunities are handled professionally, followed up on consistently, structured correctly, and converted into transactions. What You'll Do Work directly with assigned real estate agent partners and their prospective borrowers. Speak with borrowers to understand their goals, financial situation, and financing needs. Review prospective transactions and help determine the best available loan structure. Present financing options clearly and confidently to borrowers and agent partners. Help agents understand how financing can be structured to make their transactions work. Maintain consistent communication with borrowers throughout the sales and transaction process. Follow up aggressively and professionally with prospective borrowers who have not yet moved forward. Work closely with our Lending Division Manager, processing team, and other company departments. Coordinate with the Processor once a borrower moves into an active transaction. Keep accurate notes, statuses, tasks, and follow-up activity in the company CRM and loan origination systems. Identify obstacles early and work with management to find solutions rather than allowing opportunities to stall. Build strong relationships with our agent partners so they are confident bringing additional clients to the program. Participate in team sales meetings and transaction strategy discussions. Maintain ownership of your pipeline and know exactly where every prospective and active transaction stands. What We're Looking For The right person is comfortable with both mortgage lending and sales . You should be someone who enjoys talking to borrowers and real estate agents, can think through complicated scenarios, and does not need to be reminded to follow up.

Mortgage lending experience strongly preferred. Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, Mortgage Account Manager, or similar experience is a major plus. Strong understanding of residential mortgage qualification and loan products. Excellent telephone and communication skills. Strong sales and relationship-management ability. Comfortable discussing income, assets, credit, property, and financing options with borrowers. Able to manage a significant number of prospective transactions simultaneously. Highly organized and disciplined with CRM follow-up. Comfortable being held accountable for activity, conversion, and production. Solution-oriented and willing to ask for help when a transaction requires additional structuring. NMLS licensing is preferred and may be required depending on responsibilities.
Compensation This position includes:
$23.00 per hour base compensation Plus $895 for each qualifying funded transaction Funded-loan compensation is designed to significantly reward Account Managers who successfully convert and close the opportunities assigned to them. Our Agent Partner Program is designed to create a consistent pipeline of opportunities through relationships with real estate professionals. The Account Manager can focus on what they do best: talking to clients, structuring loans, solving problems, following up, and closing business.
We provide:
Established agent relationships and prospective transactions. A dedicated processing and operations team. A broad mix of conventional, government, jumbo, non-QM, and specialty financing options. Experienced management available to help structure difficult transactions. CRM and loan-origination systems designed to keep opportunities organized.
