Duran Tent Specialists is looking for an experienced Financial Controller / Accounting Manager to join our team. We are a growing event infrastructure and field-services company looking for someone who can take ownership of our financial operations and work directly with ownership.

Key responsibilities include:

AP/AR oversight and collections Cash-flow forecasting Monthly P&L and financial reporting Job costing and profitability analysis Bank and credit-card reconciliations Payroll review Budgeting and expense controls AR aging and customer credit management Working directly with ownership on financial decisions Improving accounting procedures and internal controls We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be assigned every task. Experience in construction, field services, staffing/labor, logistics, equipment rental, or other project-based businesses is strongly preferred.
