Selle Royal USA Finance Manager:
For our California-based team, we are seeking a Finance Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of the company's financial information. The role supports management in monitoring business performance, maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate requirements. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, forecasts, and other financial information to support management and reporting needs. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department leaders and the Group Finance team to monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's liquidity requirements are met. Monitor key financial indicators, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational performance. Conduct financial analyses to support cost control initiatives, operational efficiency, and business planning. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. Coordinate external audits and support the timely resolution of audit findings and compliance matters. Monitor changes in accounting and reporting requirements and implement necessary updates to processes and controls. Identify financial risks and support the development of appropriate mitigation actions. Collaborate with legal, compliance, payroll, and external advisors as needed. Lead, coach, and support members of the finance team, fostering a collaborative and accountable working environment. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Partner with department managers and cross-functional teams to provide financial support, analysis, and insight for business decisions. Collaborate with the HQ Finance team and colleagues in Taiwan to ensure consistency in reporting, financial processes, and compliance with corporate guidelines. Provide financial support to the US leadership team and contribute to the achievement of local and group business objectives. Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders as required. Support the Group Finance Director with reporting activities, financial planning, and special projects.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Solid understanding of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and financial analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate across functions and international teams. Leadership capabilities with experience coaching and supporting team members. Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization. Experience working within a multinational environment is preferred.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.

WHAT WE OFFER
Full-time employment with an indicative salary ranging from €90,000 to €110,000. Compensation and job classification are determined according to structured, transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, taking into account the market positioning of the role, technical and interpersonal skills, previous experience, years of professional experience, and any qualifications, certifications or credentials relevant to the position.
