Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial procedures, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Implement and maintain accounting software, including QuickBooks
- Handle vendor management and negotiate contracts
- Assist in administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
- Provide phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors
- Plan and execute company events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance desired; experience required
- Proven experience in budgeting, schedule management, and team management
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Familiarity with human resources functions is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
