This is a unique opportunity to join a growing investment team and play a meaningful role in the firm's continued expansion. The Associate/Senior Associate will work directly with senior investment professionals across all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluation through execution and portfolio management. Responsibilities Evaluate potential investment opportunities through financial analysis, industry research, and market diligence Build and maintain detailed financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and merger consequences analyses Participate in due diligence processes alongside management teams, consultants, lenders, and legal advisors Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and supporting analyses Monitor existing portfolio companies and assist with value creation initiatives Conduct industry research and identify emerging trends within infrastructure, energy, utilities, and related sectors Support transaction execution, including negotiations, financing processes, and deal documentation Interact regularly with management teams, advisors, and financing partners Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, energy investment banking, or a related field Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Experience performing detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis Exceptional academic record and professional achievement Strong communication and presentation abilities Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment Genuine interest in infrastructu
