$190,000 - $340,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a driven Assistant Treasurer for our growing team. This role will require innovative thinking, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to manage risks and optimize our company's financial resources. If you are a seasoned professional with more than 5 years of experience in treasury management and are eager to utilize your skills in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
1. Manage the company's daily cash flow and prepare cash forecasts 2. Oversee the administration of the company's debt portfolio, including monitoring and managing interest rate risk 3. Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks 4. Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners and financial institutions 5. Conduct risk assessments and present reports to senior management 6. Stay updated on financial market trends and regulatory changes that could impact the company's treasury operations 7. Lead, mentor, and develop treasury team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementQualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management 3. Proven experience in managing financial risks and optimizing financial resources 4. Strong understanding of financial markets 5. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills 6. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams 7.
