Conduct risk assessments and present reports to senior management 6. Stay updated on financial market trends and regulatory changes that could impact the company's treasury operations 7. Lead, mentor, and develop treasury team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management 3. Proven experience in managing financial risks and optimizing financial resources 4. Strong understanding of financial markets 5. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills 6. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams 7.
