BachelorsResponsibilities Accounting & Financial Reporting; manage general ledger accounting activities. Prepare, review, and post journal entries and standard accrual entries. Perform and review bank and account reconciliations. Identify discrepancies and ensure accounting entries are accurate and properly corrected. Manage and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial reports for CFO and management review. Assist with budgeting and financial analysis. Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries. Own the annual external audit process, including coordination with external auditors, preparation and review of PBC schedules, and management of audit requests across multiple business units. Supervise, train, and provide day-to-day guidance to include reviewing work completed by the team to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Support accounts payable processes and AP automation initiatives. Promote consistent accounting procedures across all locations. Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, reporting, and efficiency.
