TRUCKS D-LUXE

is looking for an experienced, driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) / Sales Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in a diverse inventory ranging from trucks and SUVs to luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles, and we're looking for someone who knows how to structure deals, close customers, maximize profitability, and keep the sales floor moving.

THE POSITION

We need a hands-on manager who can work a deal from start to finish. You'll be responsible for desking deals, securing financing, presenting F&I products, assisting salespeople with closes, and making sure every transaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Structure and desk retail deals Work directly with banks, credit unions, and automotive lenders Secure approvals and maximize deal profitability Present and sell warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other F&I products Assist the sales team with negotiations and closing customers Ensure contracts, funding packages, and required paperwork are accurate Maintain compliance with dealership and lender requirements Help train, motivate, and develop the sales team Deliver a first-class experience to every Trucks D-Luxe customer

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive F&I and/or sales management experience Proven ability to close deals and generate gross profit Strong knowledge of automotive financing Excellent communication and negotiation skills Organized, professional, and accountable Competitive mindset and strong work ethic Someone who wants to
