Responsibilities of Accounting Manager Prepare and review financial statements, including trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. The Accounting Manager will lead month-end, semi-annual, and year-end close. The Accounting Manager will manage tax activities and support audits. Strengthen internal controls and standardize/document accounting processes. Lead a team of 4-6 across AP, AR, Staff, and Senior Staff Accounting. Partner with site leadership to ensure consistent accounting practices across locations. Serve as a hands-on Accounting Manager focused on accuracy, process improvement, and accountability. Requirements of Accounting Manager Strong leadership skills and team management experience. Well-rounded accounting background. Manufacturing accounting experience required. Multi-site experience required. Strong financial reporting, controls, audit, and close experience. Proven ability to build structure and documentation where processes are not yet standardized. #INSEP2026
