Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers. Analyze customers' financial information to recommend appropriate loan and lease programs. Negotiate financing terms with customers and lenders to facilitate vehicle purchases. Work closely with sales staff to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations regarding automotive financing. Manage the finance desk operations, including documentation and reporting. Coach and train sales and finance staff on financing products and processes. Requirements Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an auto dealership or related field. Strong knowledge of auto loan and lease products as well as finance and insurance regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
