Job Description

Running Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Oversight Lead for an anticipated multi-year California public-sector professional services project.

Key Responsibilities:

Review contractor invoices, reimbursement requests, and supporting financial documentation.
Validate records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Perform reconciliations and identify discrepancies or financial anomalies.
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and spending trends.
Prepare financial validation summaries and support audit readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience reviewing invoices, reimbursements, financial documentation, fund administration, accounting operations, or a related function.
Experience performing reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills or equivalent financial-analysis experience.
Must be based in California and available Monday-Friday during standard business hours.

Preferred:

Government/public-sector, publicly funded, grant-funded, or regulated-program experience.
Multi-vendor financial oversight or audit-support experience.
Accounting, finance, business, or related education/certification.

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

Pay:

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you currently based in California?
