Overview:
Fox Pest Control is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented in-office Finance intern to support our finance and accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations within a service based business. Who is Fox? Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Help track expenses, invoices, and payments Assist with basic financial reporting and analysis as needed Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies Support budgeting and forecasting efforts Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong Communication and willingness to learn Experience with accounting Software preferred Fox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer #FPC123
