Financial Reporting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Colorado. In this role, you will oversee critical financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with expertise in SEC reporting and equity transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage annual financial reporting processes and deliver timely, high-quality reports.
• Oversee equity transaction reporting and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Develop and maintain control matrices to support internal financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance matters.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Provide support during audits and assist in resolving any related issues.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on financial reporting.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis.
