•What You'll Do Manage the preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, including financial statements, footnotes and supporting documentation Coordinate the complete filing process, including internal reviews, external auditor support, XBRL tagging and final submission Research and document technical accounting matters and new accounting standards under U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements Support accounting for acquisitions and other complex or nonrecurring transactions Maintain disclosure controls, reporting calendars and supporting documentation related to external reporting and SOX compliance Assist with earnings releases, investor reporting materials and the annual proxy statement Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency and consistency of the financial reporting process What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification At least 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including public-company SEC reporting Hands-on experience preparing and managing Forms 10-K and 10-Q Strong knowledge of

U.S. GAAP, SEC

reporting requirements and financial statement disclosures Experience working with external auditors and cross-functional corporate teams Strong writing, project-management and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines during quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles Preferred Experience Big Four or national public-accounting experience Workiva/Wdesk and XBRL reporting experience Experience with acquisitions, purchase accounting or other complex transactions Experience within a global, multi-entity or industrial organization A bit about us:
