Collections Representative (Hybrid)
Pay:
- $20.85/hour
Start Date:
- October 23, 2026 About the Role We are seeking motivated and customer-focused
- Collections Representatives
- to join a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will work with members who are in the
- early stages of delinquency (1-30 days past due)
- , helping them resolve outstanding balances before their accounts progress further. This position combines both
- outbound and inbound calling
- , utilizing an auto-dialer system and handling a high volume of daily member interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls and handle inbound member calls.
- Assist members with resolving early-stage delinquent accounts.
- Provide empathetic, professional customer service while discussing sensitive financial situations.
- Identify solutions and payment arrangements that meet member needs.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while on calls.
- Effectively manage member accounts and identify all outstanding balances.
- Meet performance expectations related to account management, efficiency, and collection results. Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate with empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with members.
- Positive attitude and strong cultural fit. Preferred Experience
- Previous call center experience.
- Financial services or collections experience preferred but not required.
- Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Training & Development
- Initial training schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MT
- Comprehensive training focused on:
- Phone etiquette
- Collections best practices
- System navigation
- Four weeks of technical training followed by a structured nesting period with leadership support to develop skills and confidence. Schedule
After Training:
- Monday-Saturday
- Approximately
- 10:30 AM-7:00 PM MT
- or
- 9:30 AM-6:00 PM MT
- depending on daylight savings time
- Overtime available based on business needs Work Environment This is a
- hybrid position
- : • Onsite attendance required during the first week of training.
- Additional onsite attendance may be required up to one week per quarter.
