We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives(MSRs). As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns Provide exceptional customer service and support Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
