- About the
Role:
- The AML Operations Analyst supports the daily execution of the Bank's BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs under the direction of the AML Operations Manager.
About You:
- + 2 years of financial institution experience required + Bachelor's degree in business, business management, criminal justice, accounting, or related field preferred + 2 years of BSA/AML/OFAC, Compliance, Audit or Bank Operations experience preferred + Basic understanding of the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and
USA PATRIOT
Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control + Familiarity with filing Currency Transaction Reports, MIL, and OFAC screening. + Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to gather, organize and interpret data and/or information, and formulate preliminary conclusions. + Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and tight deadlines. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite + Ability to exercise good judgment in assessing risk. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures. + Demonstrate strong communications skills, written and verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals and situations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion. + Occasional travel may be required The pay range for this role is $27.00 - $32.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.Primary Location:
