Overview The Cargo Claims Analyst is responsible for processing freight claims. This position requires a thorough understanding of the company terms, insurance policies, customer contracts, and the legal landscape of the logistics industry. Responsibilities File and manage subrogation claim against our carriers and agents, and understand their liability across multiple situations Interface with our insurers and operators to ensure that adequate coverage is in place to protect the interests of the organization Understand different customer contracts and AIT's liability across multiple situations Process claims accurately and in a timely manner to enhance the customer experience Obtain missing documentation from the correct parties so that claims may be processed Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary The wage range for this position is $19.90

High School degree or equivalent experience 0-3 years of experience in freight claims or collections. Knowledgeable in AS400 Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
