What You'll Do:
As a Total Loss Representative, you will have the opportunity to help parties that have suffered a total loss to their vehicle. You will evaluate, negotiate and settle assigned auto total loss claims with client/members and claimants. This includes following the total loss settlement process and monitoring rental costs by working closely with appraisers, rental facilities, body shops, and salvage vendors. You will maintain an effective diary system, manage file inventory, and adhere to company and state rules and regulations. What It Takes to
Join Our Team:
Experience with material damage claims including but not limited to auto, boats, motorcycles, and recreational equipment. College degree or equivalent required. High attention to detail. Service-oriented attitude. Excellent oral and written communication. Possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills and analytical ability. Must be PC literate and able to effectively use our systems. Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel is preferred. Ability to work from our office located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
