What You'll Do Source and convert warm leads into new business — no cold calling required Focus 90% of your time on new customer acquisition Serve and grow our expanding Spanish-speaking client base Provide initial customer service and support for your book of business through the first renewal Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing coaching, in-office Requirements What We're Looking For Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Mesa, AZ Sales experience required Must already hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license and an active Life & Health insurance license Eligible to work in the United States Spanish proficiency is a plus Benefits Benefits Base salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year 401(k) with company match Health insurance stipend up to $300/month Paid holidays + PTO (starting at 2 weeks, increasing with tenure)
