In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance options and guiding them through the selection process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze clients' needs to recommend suitable insurance products. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. Sell various types of insurance policies, including health, life, auto, and property insurance. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in insurance sales. Administer benefits programs and assist clients with claims processing as needed. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous for handling sensitive client information. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Prior experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is beneficial but not required.
