This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted partnerships, navigating complex coverage needs, and contributing to the growth and retention of a commercial lines book of business. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, producers, carriers, and underwriting partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions that align with each client's risk profile and business goals. You'll support both new and renewal business while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand coverage portfolios. How You'll Make an Impact Build and strengthen relationships with commercial clients by providing responsive service, proactive communication, and trusted insurance guidance. Manage new and renewal business by evaluating exposures, recommending coverages, and placing policies that align with client needs and carrier guidelines. Quote, market, and write new business opportunities generated through client referrals, walk-in traffic, and inbound inquiries. Review renewal and expiration reports to develop retention strategies and support long-term client success. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by recommending additional coverages that address evolving risks and business needs. Partner with producers, underwriters, carriers, and agency leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and positive client experiences.
