Job Description

EmberPoint Insurance Group is a Clearwater, FL based life insurance agency looking to hire people that are self-motivated and want to make money. No sugar-coating, we want go-getters. Starting commission rate is 80% of the annual premium with potential to reach 140%.

Example sold policy:

(Monthly Premium)x(Commission Rate)x(9 month advance) ($150)x(0.80)x(9) = $1,080 commission That's for 1 POLICY. The AVERAGE agent sells 2 every day If that doesn't get you excited, don't apply. MONTH ONE . INBOUND CALLS

People calling you directly from off advertisements for you to sell them life insurance.

THESE ARE NOT LIVE TRANSFERS OR JUNK CALLS.

Most agents on this system take about 10 calls a day and average 2-3 sales a day. 20-30% of the people you talk to will CLOSE . Agents fully taking inbound calls 5 days a week 8 hrs a day deposit 40k a month on average. Calls come in from 9am-8pm Monday-Saturday so you can work as much as you like. We also offer an outbound power dialer, unlimited FREE leads. You get

attempts to make money for FREE . The system calls 12 people at a time continuously until someone answers. Average wait time between conversations is just 2-3 minutes. Almost ALL sales are 1 call closes. No callbacks, no wasted time. You're welcome to use any lead channel you like, nobody is holding you back. This is just what we recommend and has proven to be most efficient and profitable for our team members. No experience?
