Industry Knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of small businesses, particularly in the trucking and transportation industry . ✅

Sales & Customer Service Passion:

A genuine passion for sales , customer service , and building relationships with business owners. ✅

Experience:

3+ years of experience in sales , customer service , or a related field (insurance experience preferred). Marketing background a plus . P&C Insurance License is a strong plus . ✅

Skills:

Excellent sales and communication abilities (phone and email). Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with strong software proficiency . Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively. Production and numbers-driven mindset. ✅

Work Ethic & Attitude:
