Salary Range:
$60,000.00- $72,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements Active Insurance Licenses
- Must hold valid state-issued licenses for relevant lines of insurance. Sales & Customer Service Experience
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex policies and close sales effectively. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision. Tech-Savvy & Organized
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for managing leads and client information. Professional & Ethical Approach
- Commitment to delivering quality service while adhering to all industry regulations. Responsibilities Generate New Business
- Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach. Provide Expert Insurance Solutions
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance. Educate & Guide Clients
- Conduct consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner. Meet & Exceed Sales Goals
- Drive consistent performance to achieve individual and agency targets. Build Long-Term Client Relationships
- Establish trust, ensure policy retention, and provide ongoing support to meet clients' evolving needs. Conduct Policy Reviews & Cross-Sell
