Duties Prospect and generate new business through warm internet leads that will be provided for you Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs to recommend suitable coverage options Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients Manage sales administration tasks such as quoting policies, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, and explaining policy details Skills Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction Ability to analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM software for tracking leads and customer interactions Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday All Major US Holidays Paid Time Off 120 Hours PTO/ Sick Time Pay $2,500 Monthly Salary 5% Commission on New Business Sales $500 and $1,000 monthly bonus opportunities.
